After last night’s FIFA ‘The Best’ awards gala at London’s Royal Festival Hall, a small contingent of the world’s best headed across the river to Mayfair for a spot of dinner at Babbo, the restaurant co-owned by David Luiz and Willian. With such star backing, Babbo has unsurprisingly become a hotspot for football talent living, working, or just visiting the city, but this particular occasion was practically dripping in potential fantasy speculation.
After all, accompanying young Kylian Mbappé were none other than Eden Hazard and N’Golo Kanté, and, last but certainly not least, Didier Drogba.
Chelsea’s official Twitter account called them “Three kings” earlier in the day as they posed for a picture on the FIFA red (green?) carpet, though usually it’s only Didier who’s afforded that title (alongside Peter Osgood), with Didier himself crowning Hazard “The Prince of The Bridge” after the Cardiff match.
(What that all leaves for Kanté is unclear. General? Prime Minister? Negasonic Teenage-looking Warhead? But I digress.)

In any case, you know what that means, right?
Welcome to Chelsea, Kylian Mbappé.
