FINAL WHISTLE: Chelsea win, 2-0!
90+4min: Bournemouth try to press forward but Chelsea see out the final few minutes without any problems.
89min: Fraser has a hopeful effort, takes a deflection for a corner, which is worked short. Giroud clears.
85min: HAZARD! Combining with Alonso, again, Hazard bombs down the left and fires an unstoppable shot past Begović. 2-0 Chelsea!
83min: RLC drives the box, sprays it wide for Pedro, his shot this time isn’t good enough and Begović makes the easy save.
81min: Hazard and RLC hold on to the ball for a while, then Hazard breaks and pumps a cross in, which just eludes Giroud’s head.
79min: Giroud tracks the left back all the way to his own touchline to shepherd the ball out. Loftus-Cheek comes on for Kovačić as Sarri makes his final change. Bournemouth make a double-change of their own, Ibe for Smith and Mousset for King.
78min: Hazard wriggles free in the area but gets shoved off the ball. No call and the long shot from someone else is blocked.
76min: Bournemouth break after Jorginho loses a 50-50, but Fraser’s shot doesn’t curl at all and goes well wide of the far post.
72min: PEDRO! Chelsea’s leading scorer finds the back of the net after some good work through the middle with Giroud. 1-0 Chelsea!
70min: Hazard accelerates through the middle, gets pushed over by Lerma, who gets his customary yellow.
69min: Giroud’s volley on the rebound from outside the area deflects just wide off of Pedro.
68min: Alonso possibly escapes a second yellow by running into the Bournemouth player about to take the throw-in. Made it look just accidental enough.
67min: Two excellent blocks by Gosling deny Kovačić twice.
64min: Chelsea continue to probe. Still no dice. Pedro arrives on the scene for Willian.
61min: Aké gets called for a foul on Arrizabalaga. Chelsea bring on Giroud on for Morata. Within a few seconds, already has a chance with his head, but it goes wide.
59min: Lee Mason ignored a blatant handball by Aké outside of the Bournemouth penalty area. Then calls Kovačić for a block-off.
55min: Kanté gets a yellow for a Bournemouth player falling over on a counter. The free kick is cleared for a corner, which Aké scoops over the bar from three yards out.
54min: Chelsea work an excellent chance between Alonso, Kovačić, and Hazard on the left. Eden eventually finds Alonso, whose shot is saved well by Begović.
53min: Another Chelsea corner after sustained pressure. Cleared only as far as Hazard, his eventual shot is blocked. Chelsea come again.
50min: Begović collects another Azpilicueta cross, just ahead of Morata. Pattern of play same as in first half.
48min: Hazard is crowded out by a few, but Morata wins the ball back on the high press; Willian wins a corner. Cleared.
46min: Back underway; Hazard finds Kovačić, but his shot is blocked.
HALF-TIME: 0-0 at the half. Chelsea with all the possession but just 2 shots on target from 12.
45+2min: One more long throw for Bournemouth; David Luiz clears and the referee blows for half-time.
45min: Alonso hits the post! Kanté broke and ran at goal, found Morata wide who crossed to a wide open Hazard. He was closed down by three but found Alonso at the top of the box. His right-footed shot takes a deflection and finds only the post.
44min: Chelsea maintain possession. Begović is off his line quick to collect Jorginho’s chip over the top for Morata.
41min: Bournemouth win their first corner. Rüdiger and Kovačić clear for a throw.
39min: Kanté runs half the length of the pitch, finds Willian, who finds Hazard, but a loose touch lets Bournemouth clear.
37min: Azpilicueta’s cross finds its way through this time, but Morata’s shot on the turn is blocked. Willian got a kick in the process; stays down for a spot of treatment.
35min: Kovačić miscontrols/turns in midfield and drives at goal, shot deflected for a corner. Willian’s corner is cleared, but not far. Alonso’s cross is then cleared for a throw.
33min: Lee Mason strikes, gives Alonso a yellow for a hand on a shoulder and the Bournemouth player slipping.
32min: Kovačić rolls a man, but his left-footed shot is blocked. Willian then finds Kanté for a chance, but he can’t control the ball and it’s cleared.
31min: Callum Wilson misses a great chance, running off of David Luiz’s shoulder.
30min: Begović collects Azpilicueta’s low cross.
28min: Bournemouth have a long throw after a spell of possession, cleared.
25min: Alonso tries his luck from distance. Not close.
23min: Chelsea work it around, but it’s all a bit too tight. Jorginho has a shot, but it’s cleared for a corner, which is then collected by Begović.
19min: Gosling gets a yellow and Chelsea have a dangerous free kick. Willian and David Luiz have a conference but Alonso takes it. Straight into the wall.
17min: Kovačić has a chance but it’s cleared for a corner.
16min: Two chances for Bournemouth; Kanté clearing one after a loose pass from David Luiz. Then a shot goes high from a corner.
11min: Rüdiger pumps a header high from a Willian corner.
9min: Chelsea continue to pour forward. Begović makes a save on Morata after Azpilicueta comes forward on the right.
7min: Begović makes a double save from a short corner, gets an accidental David Luiz boot to the face, too, as he drops low to make the save. No intent; Bego gets a bit of treatment.
6min: A stretched boot from Rico was all that stood between a Willian 1-v-1 with Begović. The ball over the top is working early.
3min: Morata has an early chance, but a last ditch tackle clears.
