Benteke, Hazard, Henry great at football, not great at basketball

Stick to football, fellas.

Eden Hazard, Michy Batshuayi, and Thibaut Courtois are hard at work with Belgium as they prepare for the upcoming World Cup. While getting ready for the world’s biggest sporting event is no laughing matter, there’s usually some time for a little fun.

As seen in Batshuayi’s Instagram story today, the Red Devils took some time away from training to play a little pick-up basketball, or at least attempt to. As a video of Christian Benteke attempting to dunk proves, these guys are lucky they are all great at football, because basketball wouldn’t have worked out:

It wasn’t all bloopers, however. Hazard proved he’s a dual-threat, receiving a textbook chest pass from none other than assistant coach Thierry Henry and training a silky smooth jump shot. The saying “act like you’ve been there before” doesn’t apply to Eden in hoops however, and he proceeds to celebrate like he’s actually won the World Cup itself:

We’re not sure what to call this celebration. It’s part windmill and part fashion model. Whatever it is, we need to see it at Stamford Bridge next season.
