Chelsea’s latest BridgeKids campaign offered three young fans a chance to participate with Willian, Antonio Rüdiger, and Pedro in a “Googly Challenge”. The idea is for the kids to team up with the players and compete in different challenges while wearing “Googly” glasses.
The first, is a drawing contest. The players take turns trying to draw a specific topic and it’s the kid’s goal to guess what it is. Willian and Daniel take the challenge with a lovely rendering of a football pitch.
In the next event, the kids participate in a penalty challenge with Stamford The Lion in goal, doing his best (or worst, as it were) Thibaut Courtois impression. Rüdiger and Maisie take this challenge and celebrate with Fortnite’s “Floss” dance.
If Rüdiger wants to show off that celebration against Manchester United as well, we would not complain.
