It would be fair to claim that Chelsea had plenty of luck in picking up Southampton for the FA Cup semifinals instead of a stronger opponent in one of Tottenham or Manchester United, who are set up to face each other in the opposite tie of the competition. And now, we have a date set for when the Blues will meet the Saints at Wembley.
Our FA Cup semi-final against Southampton will take place at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 22 April...https://t.co/00aEOeeGV6

Chelsea already had a Premier League match with Huddersfield set to take place in the semifinals’ weekend, and the game has been postponed to accommodate the Blues’ trip to Wembley on Sunday, April 22. The kickoff for the semifinals is set at 3pm GMT.
Another game which has been postponed was Chelsea’s visit to Turf Moor to face Burnley, a match that had been set up to take place in the weekend of our quarterfinals win over Leicester. Neither the Burnley nor the Huddersfield game have been re-scheduled yet, so it is nigh impossible to foresee how they will affect our calendar.
But as is, a Sunday visit to Wembley is almost always one to bring fond memories for Chelsea fans. Surely we hope the next one continues this very trend.
