Michy Batshuayi latest to suffer racial abuse; will UEFA do something this time?

Infuriating.

No.

They might do a token “investigation” as they did in the case of Antonio Rudiger earlier this season. That was dropped along the way rather quietly. At most, they’ll hand out a token fine. By UEFA’s low standards, that might even be considered progress, though that’s yet to engender any real change the few times it has been employed.

As in the Rudiger case, there is even video with the racist chanting audible on the official video feed from UEFA.

Over to you, UEFA.

We’re not holding our breaths, unfortunately.
