How should Chelsea line up against West Brom to save Antonio Conte’s job?

I don’t even want to think about what might happen if Chelsea were to lose a third-straight match on Monday as West Bromwich Albion roll into town from the very bottom of the Premier League. So let’s talk about what we need to do to ensure that doesn’t happen. Or, to be more precise, what would you do if you were in charge?

Would you keep faith in the tried and true? Would you try a tweak or two? Would you rip it all up and do something completely different? The squad’s almost fully healthy, so possible changes range from the minuscule to the massive.

Confirmed to be unavailable are Álvaro Morata, whose back injury continues to be of concern, Ross Barkley, who has a hamstring injury, and Tiemoué Bakayoko, who’s suspended thanks to his two yellow cards last Monday.

Andreas Christensen, Marcos Alonso, and Pedro will all face fitness tests, but it sounds like they’re expected to be passed fit by Monday.

Choose wisely.
