90+5min: FULL TIME. Chelsea lose.

90+4min: Christensen gets the latest yellow. Why not.

90min: Alonso goes into the book for a tackle from behind. 5 minutes added on.

87min: A couple crosses from Chelsea finally create a good chance, but a wide open Fabregas misses everything from 17 yards out. Wolves make the final change of the match as Diogo Jota makes way for Cavaleiro.

85min: Kovacic called for a phantom foul. Wolves waste some good old time. Giroud gets a yellow.

84min: Chelsea win a cheap corner, but Giroud heads well over.

80min: Chelsea attack through the middle through Giroud and Pedro, but his touch lets him down. Hazard picks up the pieces and lays it off to Giroud, but his snapshot is blocked wide. Wolves bring on Dendoncker for Raul Jimenez.

78min: Hazard works a chance from the left side, cutting inside and unleashing, but it clips the bar instead of dipping underneath it.

77min: Kovacic’s first action is to give the ball away, but Wolves waste a 3-on-2 on counter.

75min: More of the same as Chelsea can’t get into the flow, then waste a corner. Wolves then win a corner through Doherty, but Saiss misses his header well wide. Kovacic replaces Kante as Sarri looks to throw more people into the attack.

72min: Gibbs-White makes way for Helder Costa. Impactful performance from the 18-year-old. Costa immediately wins a free kick from Alonso.

70min: Chelsea unable to build at the moment as Wolves harry and hassle.

68min: Vinagre tackles Kante from behind and earns a yellow.

66min: Chelsea straight into attack, but the chance is gone as Giroud’s whistled for a phantom foul.

65min: Pedro comes on for Willian, who’s had a ... frustrating? ... day. Giroud also on for Morata as well.

63min: GOAL. Moutinho wins the ball from Willian and Wolves play around a static defense for Diogo Jota to tap home. 2-1, Wolves.

61min: Hazard takes the free kick, Wolves half clear for Morata to swing it back in. It reaches Rudiger but his first-time effort is well wide.

60min: Saiss hacks down another player but avoids a second yellow. Coady gets a yellow for protesting.

59min: GOAL. Gibbs-White shakes off Fabregas and plays in Jimenez, he beats Christensen to it, and beats Kepa with a low hard shot. Chelsea made to pay for all those missed chances. 1-1.

57min: Chelsea play out from the back through Hazard, Morata, and Kante before the latter takes aim from 25 yards, but it flies wide of the far post.

55min: Fabregas picks out Willian, but his shot is well over. Wolves meanwhile continue getting away with constant fouling.

52min: Morata dribbles into a cul-de-sac instead of an easy pass to Hazard and Wolves come forward. Alonso stops Raul 1-v-1 and Chelsea turn upfield, but can’t quite work a chance as Wolves continue kicking everything that moves. Moutinho gets a yellow.

50min: Moss continues trend of not giving yellows for stopping counter-attacks. Raul, Seiss latest to get away with it for Wolves.

48min: Morata offside. Misses his header anyway.

46min: We’re back underway; no changes on either side as Wolves come forward on the right as Alonso misses his header. But Chelsea quickly counter and Hazard finds RLC who lays a perfect ball across but Boly somehow gets to it instead of Morata and doesn’t even get a corner out of it.

HALF-TIME: Chelsea showing good value so far, lead 1-0 at the half. Elsewhere, Arsenal and Liverpool are drawing (away to Manchester United and Burnley, respectively) while Spurs are beating Southampton, 1-0.

45+1min: Chelsea keep the ball and move Wolves around before Fabregas wins a free kick in the middle of the pitch. Willian launches it in the penalty area, but Moss calls Rudiger for the moving screen, which created a shooting opportunity for Alonso.

45min: Morata keeps falling to the ground, then commits a foul, much to the delight of the home support.

42min: Bennett gets another chance for a long-throw, in it comes, Boly flicks it on and Chelsea eventually clear after some head tennis.

39min: Hazard turns at midfield and chips a ball over the top for Willian. He looks to be in but the first-touch is not the greatest and he has to check his step slightly, and so as he shapes to shoot, Ryan Bennett comes steaming in out of nowhere to clear. Willian comes up holding his back.

37min: At the other end, Fabregas makes a crucial interception to prevent an open shot for Gibbs-White. Willian is hacked down on the counter by Diogo Jota to earn the game’s first yellow card.

36min: Boly makes a crucial sliding interception as RLC found a through ball for Morata, following more good work from Hazard.

35min: Vinagre swings in a cross from the left, Rudiger glances it onto Raul’s head, from where it bounces over the bar.

34min: RLC tracks back well to stop Raul Jimenez, but Wolves win the ball back as Hazard and RLC mistime their combination on the counter.

32min: Hazard at it again, surrounded by four, but the shot is blocked.

31min: Hazard and Fabregas combine in the penalty area, then find Willian with a square ball that takes him wide, but the attack is stopped as Fabregas receives an accidental blow to the head. He looks okay to continue.

27min: Kante stops the latest Wolves counter but avoids a yellow.

24min: Willian and Hazard combine on a short corner before a Willian low cross is cleared for a second try. He goes long this time but it’s only half-cleared. RLC tries another cross, which is also half-cleared before Rudiger tries a left-footed volley with predictable results.

22min: Hazard wins yet another free kick, after a mistimed tackle from Moutinho. Willian takes aim from 18 yards and draws a good save from Rui Patricio.

17min: GOAL! Chelsea take the lead on a Coady own goal, who tried to clear a Ruben Loftus-Cheek long shot and instead heads into the back of his own net. They all count! 1-0, CHELSEA!

15min: Chelsea pass it around inertly in midfield for a good long while before Kante tries to go upfield and loses the ball and Wolves counter. Willian sprints back and Rudiger helps inside to avert the threat from Diogo Jota.

12min: At the other end, Morata creates a bit of space for himself and tries his luck from 20 yards — just over.

11min: Willian loses the ball in midfield and Wolves launch another counter. Azpilicueta strong 1-v-1 to put a stop to that, but Wolves have a long throw. Bennett launches it, Kepa punches, Kante completes the clearance, Morata wins the free kick to get Chelsea out.

8min: Hazard wins a free kick by the corner flag. Willian swings it in, but it’s cleared. Willian gets it back, finds Hazard, but shot is weak and blocked and Wolves counter. Christensen with a key clearance stops the first chance, then Kepa punches clear on the follow-up chance.

6min: Azpilicueta and Kante combine well on the right and the latter picks out Hazard on the far post, but his right-footed first-time effort doesn’t curl at all and is instead an easy save for Rui Patricio.

5min: Wolves maintain possession until Alonso blocks a cross, but Chelsea’s counter breaks down. Blues recover and look to build.

2min: Chelsea keep possession until a Fabregas dink over the top finds the left foot of Hazard, but his first-time effort is well over.

KICK-OFF: Plenty of pyro and smoke and atmosphere generated; now it’s time for the real thing. Chelsea get us underway with the traditional long ball down the left, Christensen taking the role of David Luiz, and Wolves heading clear for a throw.

Chelsea look for a third win in a row in all competitions, and a second win in four days in the league. With just one point separating Chelsea, Spurs, and Arsenal, all vying for the last two Champions League spots, all points are crucial!

With Manchester City coming up on Saturday, some rotation was expected, and that is precisely what we’re getting from Sarri, with Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Andreas Christensen, and Cesc Fabregas all getting the starting nod.
