1. EDEN HAZARD (8.6)

Minutes: 81
Touches: 60
Passes: 36*/44
Shots: 1*/2
Take-ons: 3/6
Fouls drawn: 3

After a fair bit of absence during which Olivier Giroud was named Man of the Match no less than four times, Eden Hazard is back on top of the pile for the eighth time this season, and for the first time in his new center forward position. He may not like to play there as much he might in other positions (at least not yet), but he was highly rated in both this win and the one last weekend against Manchester City. With Sarri hinting at more, not to mention Morata’s injury leaving Giroud as the only fit center forward, we just might seeing more of Hazard in this role.

2. PEDRO (7.4)

Minutes: 64
Touches: 52
Passes: 38/43
Shots: 1*/2
Tackles+INTs+Blocks: 1+2+1

Pedro has quietly become a key player for Sarri, just as his performance early in the season (before the shoulder injury) would’ve indicated. His 6th goal makes him the team’s second highest goalscorer after Hazard and he’s currently working on a squad-best 16-match appearance streak (9 starts).

3. LOFTUS-CHEEK (7.1, sub)

Minutes: 26
Touches: 32
Passes: 11/14
Take-ons: 4/5
Tackles+Blocks: 1+1

Loftus-Cheek’s increased involvement has happened less quietly than Pedro’s, but that’s befitting his status as one the Academy’s great hopes of bridging the massive chasm between youth and senior football. Since his hat-trick against BATE, Loftus-Cheek has failed to feature in just 3 of 13 games, starting 6.
