1. OLIVIER GIROUD (7.5, sub)
Minutes: 45
Touches: 16
Passes: 6/9
Shots: 1*/4
Off the bench on to the top of the pile, this is Giroud’s 4th Man of the Match of the season, all coming in his last seven appearances. That’s good for second-most on the team, though Hazard still has a healthy lead with seven total (though at one point he had a 7-0 lead on Olivier). Depending on how long Morata may be out, Giroud could be called into action even more.
2. WILLIAN (7.1)
Minutes: 54
Touches: 71
Passes: 40/47
Shots: 1*/3
Take-ons: 4/5
Willian once rode the strength of his free-kicks to a Chelsea Player of the Year recognition, and here he is again, reminding that his right foot can be quite accurate when he wants it to be.
3. CALLUM HUDSON-ODOI (7.0)
Minutes: 90
Touches: 74
Passes: 40/45
Shots: 2/3
Take-ons: 6/10
Blocks: 2
Not quite as obviously excellent as in his previous start, against PAOK, but Hudson-Odoi once again proved that he does not look out of place in senior men’s football at the tender age of 18. Bayern are apparently watching and agreeing, but are Chelsea?
