Chelsea are not in the Champions League, but Chelsea loanee Michy Batshuayi is, and on Tuesday, on Alvaro Morata’s birthday, he reminded us just what a Chelsea striker scoring a well-taken goal looks like with this effort for Valencia against Young Boys.

Great movement, decent touch, and a cool finish. That’s Michy Batshuayi in a nutshell. (That’s only his second goal of the season, which is where there narrative breaks down, though he’s started only six games and played about 200 minutes less than Morata, who has three goals.)
But maybe next year we’ll get to see Batshuayi in a Chelsea shirt again? Come back, Michy!
