1. EDEN HAZARD (7.3)
Minutes: 90
Touches: 74
Passes: 33/43
Shots: 1*/2
Take-ons: 5/6
Blocks+INTs: 3
Fouls drawn: 5
After a stretch of slightly poorer, more indifferent form — which, unsurprisingly, coincided with some less than than stellar results for Chelsea — Hazard seems to be playing himself back into form. Granted, it was not enough to win the match on Wednesday, though the one goal that was scored that did not require a massive stroke of luck was Hazard’s from Pedro’s through ball.
2. TIEMOUÉ BAKAYOKO (6.8)
Minutes: 90
Touches: 76
Passes: 51/56
Shots: 0/1
Take-ons: 5/6
Tackles: 5
Blocks+INTs: 4
Since making his debut on half a leg against Spurs, Bakayoko missed just three games and is currently working on a 16-match appearance streak, 12 of which have been starts including four in a row. Despite enduring plenty of criticism, Bakayoko has steadily played himself into decent shape and decent form. Still plenty of room for improvement, but especially in a 3-4-3, he’s been good.
3. WILLY CABALLERO (6.6)
Minutes: 90
Touches: 32
Passes: 18/25
Pressed into service once again, and this time without any close calls, another solid outing from the backup goalkeeper.
