PREVIOUSLY:
News filtering out from the Netherlands late last night, by way of reporters on the Argentinian National Team beat, that Manchester City striker Sergio Agüero has been involved in a car accident. Agüero was a passanger in a taxi that collided head-on with a lamppost. Fortunately, the 29-year-old was wearing his seatbelt, as we all should, and thus escaped with just a fractured rib.

Apparently, Agüero was in Amsterdam to attend a concert by an artist named Maluma — surprising that he would be allowed to attend in the middle of a busy fixture list, it should be said — and the accident happened after the event. Agüero, who has six goals in his last five games in all competitions (despite missing a penalty on Tuesday), is expected to be out least a month, if not two or more.
Car accident for Sergio #Aguero. Fractured rib, it seem by first infos. Probably the Kun will be OUT for next month #MCFC #Argentina

While Agüero has had more than his fair share of goals and five-second angries and other evil shenanigans against Chelsea and Chelsea players (especially David Luiz), we wish him a speedy recovery.
