The boy from sunny Spain has six goals in six Premier League games (and two assists), half of them with his head, half of them with his feet.

Some thanks to great movement.  Some thanks to surprising pace.  Some thanks to technical skill.  If he adds some based on that Costa-esque tenacity and physicality that everyone seems to be agreeing will be the thing we'll miss most now that Diego is officially gone, he will truly be the complete striker.

Morata joins N'Golo Kanté as the only repeat winners of the Man of the Match voting this season.  ¡Vamos, Álvaro!

Another boy from sunny Spain, though with 166 rather than 6 Premier League appearances to his name.  Now in his sixth season at Chelsea, Vice-captain Azpilicueta is well on his way to becoming a legend.

In more immediate things, Azpilicueta is suddenly also an assist-master, with no less than four to his name, all four of them for Morata.  Statistical quirk or not, Azpi's third in the entire league in assists, trailing only David Silva (6) and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (5).

3. ANDREAS CHRISTENSEN 8.1

Have to keep reminding myself that Andreas Christensen is just 21 and he's supposedly still just one of those youngsters who needs to prove himself and all that jazz.

Except of course Christensen has two years of Bundesliga and Champions League experience under his belt.  Now he's running the Chelsea defence when David Luiz is unavailable, and he's hardly putting a foot wrong.

The only surprising thing so far is just how smoothly his long-awaited re-integration from the loan army has happened.
