Chalk up another win for Antonio Conte, this one of the more individual variety, as he was named Barclays Premier League Manager of the Year on Monday. Having just led Chelsea to a Premier League title with a record 30 wins and a second-best ever 93 points, the win should surprise no one.

Conte had also won the Manager of the Month award three times this season, all in consecutive months (October, November, December), which made him the first manager to win that award three months in a row.
In a season that was supposed be defined by a battle royale of superstar managers, especially the Manchester duo of Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola, Conte beat them all through hard work, commitment, and unbridled pure passion. In the meantime, he’s brought not only the winning feeling back to the club, but created a positive, familial atmosphere on and off the pitch.
Long may it last! Congrats, Antonio!
UPDATE:
Conte has made it a double in terms of managerial awards by winning the League Managers Association (LMA) award as well.
