It’s the moment that every supporter of a club dreams of but very few get to experience. After a grueling season of ups and downs, Chelsea are champions of England once again. The captain John Terry gets one more moment to lift a trophy above his head in front of the Stamford Bridge faithful (along with Gary Cahill). It just wouldn’t be the same without him doing it.

Last season was a complete nightmare, but Antonio Conte’s arrival in the summer changed everything. From the way the team plays on the pitch to comradery we’ve seen off it. It’s all been a massive improvement and joy to watch for the entirety of the season.
Imagine all the supporters out there who never get to see their beloved club do this. Cherish this moments and don’t take them for granted. What a season it’s been. So many wonderful moments, both individually and collectively. Chelsea is back on top where they belong. KTBFFH!
