CH-CH-CH-CHANGES:

Changes is never easy. Change is hard. Even small change.

As you may have noticed, the site's logo changed a little bit yesterday.  Thankfully, the changes were super-minor and included mostly the removal of the star between SB & NATION.  It's just the first step of the latest redesign ("rebrand") of SB Nation and all associated Vox properties (Vox, Verge, Polygon, etc.).

The front page of SB Nation has already changed.  If you haven't seen it, you might want to skip it.  If you have seen it and now are suffering from burned retinae, I'm so sorry.  There's nothing I could do about that.  They didn't consult me (why would they?) nor did they consult you (perhaps they should have).  All I can say is that hopefully when (some of?) those changes come to WAGNH by the end of the month, it won't be so stark and weird and "bold"?  (And, to me, ugly.)

The new look for SBN is clearly following the design language of The Verge and Polygon* redesigns, with the bold colors in the cover and then a rev-chron river of stories below.  It's all a bit boring and same-y (other than the "bold" and clashing colors), so I guess you hopefully keep visiting us for the #content.

* Polygon used to be one of the most beautiful websites in all the land.  It isn't anymore.

LOGO FUN:

With the new logo, I was thinking of getting a few shirts made for myself.  Would there be any interest from all y'all in WAGNH-branded ("BRANDED") shirts?  (Polo, t-, long-sleeve, hoodies, etc?)  Or perhaps some other designs?

I'm open to suggestions both in terms of companies to use and general/design/logistical ideas.
