There have been many battles fought during this epic 2016-17 Premier League title-winning season for Chelsea. Few have been as dramatic as Michy Batshuayi’s on-going feud with EA Sports. Ever since the video game company released their player ratings in September for FIFA 17, it’s been a back and forth of non-stop banter, threats and general tomfoolery.
While Michy may never get over his extremely low passing rating in their game, perhaps he’s finally gotten the last laugh. Forget winning the Premier League title for one of the biggest clubs in the world with a goal, he may finally get that virtual video game rating boost he’s been wanting!
If I don't get my IF card after that I might quit Fifa bro yall better buy this OTW real quick

(Wait, didn’t Michy already quit FIFA for PES?)
After scoring the winning goal, he wasted little time putting the pressure on EA Sports by demanding that they name him to their next Team of the Week release and give him a special in-form card with boosted stats or he might quit playing altogether.
EA responded in short order with some good news:
@mbatshuayi Don't worry, we were watching.

That seemed to make the Belgian striker giddy with excitement. Finally!

EA Sports sometimes even give out very rare purple “hero” cards on special occasions. Perhaps they’ll be nice to their old pal Michy and bestow that honor on him for his huge goal. We’ll have to wait until Wednesday to see if the Chelsea hero gets his wish.
