West Brom 0-1 Chelsea: Post-match reaction as Batshuayi wins the Premier League for Chelsea

Chelsea were unable to break the deadlock for well over 80 minutes.  Then, cometh the hour, cometh the MICHY.

You cannot have scripted this better.

Time to celebrate.

A wholly frustrating match, as West Brom set out to foul, harass, and not make it easy at all for the Blues.  Not that we should ever expect anything less from Tony Pulis.  But Chelsea stayed patient, stayed strong and committed and did not settle for the draw.  Conte took off Hazard & Pedro on 75 minutes, brought on Willian and Batshuayi instead.  As he has all season, Conte went for the positive change and reaped the rewards for it.

So, Chelsea win the Premier League for the FIFTH time (to go along with the title from 1955) and the second time in three seasons.  Making history once again.

Tremendous job by Conte and the boys this season.  And there's still a chance to make it a Double with the FA Cup in a couple weeks.  In between, there are two games to play at the Bridge and enjoy this accomplishment.
