Massive, massive win.
A much more controlled second-half, if not quite higher quality from Chelsea was enough to get all three points today. After two huge missed chances in the first-half, it took a Pedro wonderstrike out of nowhere and a lucky deflection on a teasing Hazard free kick to get us the goals today. They all count the same! (And then we turned on the style, too, with Alonso and Fàbregas combining to create Willian's tap-in.)
Now we get to watch Spurs vs. Arsenal and root for Petr Čech.
- Seven-point lead, temporarily. Four games left. The magic number is down to 9.
- Goals by Pedro, Willian, and Cahill. Cahill's 8th goal of the season, to set a new career high.
- David Luiz had to be substituted off with what looked like a groin injury. Hopefully it's nothing too serious.
- Next up for Chelsea: Middlesbrough at the Bridge
- KTBFFH.
- Carefree.
