Episode Summary

#MinutesForMichy and #StartNathanAke hashtag campaigns received surprise vindication when Conte unveiled a completely different lineup than many would have expected for an FA Cup semifinal match vs. Tottenham. It paid off and Chelsea dispatched Spurs and pushed their way into the finals in May. In a match with so many narrative storylines, we took the time to unpack them all!

  • Leave us an iTunes review! Thanks for the following individuals for leaving some amazing reviews: Ali.McKenzie44, Mick in Saint Paul.
  • We’ll be meeting up with listeners and friends (like the Chelsea Fancast crew – Chelsea pods are not enemies, contrary to some beliefs!) when we’re over in London for the Middlesbrough match. Tentatively we’re meeting up on May 6 between 7:30pm-9:30pm at The Atlas. Hopefully we can see some of you there!

How to Listen

  • Just how well did Nathan Aké do in the biggest test of his career?
  • How did Dave do in his first stint wearing the armband?
