If you’re not familiar with Art of Football, they specialize — as one could guess form their name — in creating pieces of art about iconic football players or from iconic football moments, and selling those as art prints or putting them on shirts and selling those. These are not your ordinary football shirts, to be sure.
One of their newest creations commemorates Didier Drogba’s magic moment on May 19, 2012, when he won the Champions League final for Chelsea with the last kick of the penalty shootout against Bayern Munich, in Munich. It’s a moment surely etched into your minds as much as it is etched into mine.
HE’S DONE IT!
It’s not the only Chelsea-themed shirt they have in their collection — there’s one on Di Matteo’s goal against Middlesbrough, one on Costa, one on Zola, and one of JT & Lamps together — but they’ve generously offered this new Drogba shirt for you, our readers to win, and here’s your chance to do so.
All you have to do is answer the following “quiz” to be in with a chance. (Hint: there are no wrong answers.) Please provide your WAGNH username and an email address, both of which will be needed to win. One entry per person, please. This “contest” will run until kick-off against Spurs tomorrow — certainly could use someone to step up like Drogba always did at Wembley — so there isn’t much time to waste. After the game I will select one winner at random, send that winning email address to Art of Football, and they will take care of the rest from there.
I believe the shirts come in four colors (black, white, grey, navy) and sizes S through XXL.
