A goal, an almost assist, a back flick, and plenty of effort and running and skills and tricks in this one from Hazard. When Hazard is on top of his game, he's nigh unplayable, and he was close to that level on Monday.
This is Hazard's 7th Man of the Match this season, which is good for second best behind Costa's 9, but as a reflection of Eden's inconsistencies, he's only appeared in the top three 2 other times. When he's on, he's brilliant, when he's not, well... he's less brilliant.
I suppose that's to be expected to a certain extent with "flair" players, but I do wish he would just shoot more often like he used to at the beginning of the season.

Speaking of inconsistencies, not many of those can be found in this man's game, who was rated above an 8.0 for the fourth time in five starts.
The last time he put together such a run of stellar form, we beat Manchester United 4-0 at Stamford Bridge.
Can we dream of a repeat of that on Monday?

It was a very, very, very close call for third place, as David Luiz, César Azpilicueta, and Victor Moses were essentially tied on 7.7. The anchor of the back-three won out by just a couple hundredths, but all three would've been deserving medalists.
David Luiz did give this brilliant thumbs up to the idiotic West Ham fan who ran onto the pitch after our first goal, then was arrested and is about to banned for life, making his family no doubt bursting with pride in the process. LOL!
