Batshuayi, Kenedy, Moses part of first-team training as Chelsea prepare for Swansea City

Some early team news courtesy of Chelsea TV’s training ground update from Monday, which brings word of every player except Charly Musonda Jr being involved in yesterday’s training as the squad returned from a brief 36 hours off following Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Anfield.

This matches the situation from just before that game, which had seen the previously injured trio involved in training ... but then not actually participate in the game (Moses did make the bench, but nothing more).

(Which meant that Batshuayi was once again providing a bit of Twiter commentary/banter, which is fun in its own right though not quite as useful as having him available for selection.)

Antonio Conte is set to address the media later today, so perhaps he will shed some light on whether Batshuayi or Moses will be fit enough to be involved against Swansea on Wednesday. We’ll be needing them to keep the squad fresh and well rotated as we start heading into the final, very busy month of the calendar year.
