After a good first half, Chelsea fell apart in first-half added time and continued that trend early in the second, with Watford taking the lead and wasting a whole host of chances to put the game out of reach.
But they didn’t, Conte made a few bold subs, and Chelsea came back to win.
We're all going to look back and laugh when we win 3-2, right?

Carefree.
- In search of goals, Chelsea went 4-2-4, with Willian coming on to support Batshuayi, Hazard left and Pedro right, but fluid as usual. The back four was Azpi-Cahill-DL-Rüdiger.
- Zappacosta sub key as well, with his crosses setting up two chances in just as many minutes, including the winning goal from SUPERDAVE.
- Chelsea walking wounded at the end, with Cahill, David Luiz, Rüdiger, Bakayoko, Hazard all limping. Morata was also kicked to pieces, and not getting much help from the referee today, before being withdrawn.
- Fantastic finish from both Pedro and Batshuayi, with Bats going close on a couple more occasions ... and then putting the cherry on top with Chelsea’s fourth just before the final whistle.
- Next up: Everton on Wednesday in the League Cup
- Back in the top 4!
