Fourth straight start for Willian the Brillian' and his first Man of the Match of the season after his two second-half goals set Chelsea on our way to a 13th straight Premier League win.

Chelsea's reigning Player of the Year has not quite his the heights of those impactful performances from last season, though he also hasn't had to thanks to others stepping (back) up to their proper levels.  That said, the five goals he's scored in the league already this season match his career high.

With plenty of minutes to go around this festive period, and with Chelsea down to basically just three attacking midfielders after Oscar's transfer to China, Willian should have plenty more opportunities to continue making an impact.

Cesc Fàbregas did not play the pass of the match — that honor went to David Luiz for his absolutely ridiculous 70-yard pass over Ryan Shawcross's head to Diego Costa — but he played two passes that led directly to goals.

Those were his 99th and 100th Premier League assists as he became the first non-British player to collect 100 helpers as well as the fastest to the mark.

Fàbregas has started 4 of our last 6 games, achieveing an average rating of over 7.5 ever time.  Impressive.
