Chelsea TV continue to show signs of finally entering the 21st century with yet another multi-minute video posted on the club's YouTube channel. They're growing up right in front of our eyes, like precious youth talent form the Academy getting proper first-team minutes and making that next, all-important developmental step. Awww...
Parts of the video should be familiar already, N'Golo Kante's first interivew, the Courtois basketball bits, etc. The swim race stands out (still can't figure out where Loftus-Cheek disappeared to), while Thibaut Courtois and (to a lesser extent) Juan Cuadrado try to fill the Salomon Kalou-sized player-turned-presenter-hole in our hearts. It's not quite "David Cameroon", but there's promise.
Now we just need more. More training, more interviews, more, more, more, more! But hopefully this new trend for Chelsea TV continues as we head into the real season as well (hint hint: Tunnel cam please!). Chelsea head out to Germany tomorrow for one more friendly, and then the 2016-17 season will be upon us!
