David Luiz has arrived in London, ready to undergo Chelsea medical

It's all happening!

Following up the reports from earlier this afternoon, David Luiz has apparently taken the Eurostar across the English channel and has arrived in fair London-town, where he will promptly under his Chelsea medical.

That's in BST, just to be clear, so happening within the hour, if true.  In the meantime, maybe Chelsea can work out some cool presentation or announcement.  It doesn't have to be Pogba-fancy, but David Luiz deserves something fun.
