Eden Hazard’s FIFA 17 rating revealed

He’ still one of the best players in the game

We’re less than a month away from EA Sports releasing the latest edition of their popular video game series, FIFA. To build up to that release, they are currently revealing the ratings of the Top 50 players in the game.

Eden Hazard had his rating revealed today, which means he’s still among the top players in the game this year despite his down season for Chelsea.

With an 88 rating, Hazard drops one rating point from last year’s edition of FIFA when he was rated an 89.

To be fair, that’s probably justified considering the rough season he endured in 2015-16. It would be a shame if they had downgraded him too much based off of just one season, so the one point downgrade is probably fair and it still keeps him in the Top 30 players in the game.

Yes, it’s just a video game, but FIFA has always been very good about representing real life with their ratings and attributes. So, it’s good to see them not overreact to last season. His performances thus far this season are proving that he’s not finished being a top player yet.
