The Chelsea Loan Army keeps growing by the minute. Once again, just as it has the last couple seasons, it's expected to number at least 30 when all is said and done. Today's latest two recruits are familiar loan warriors, have spent last season on loan at Vitesse and Ostersunds, respectively.

Brown trades the Eredivisie for the Championship, a fairly lateral move, though Rotherham are one of the worst teams in the division. They've followed up last season's 21st place finish with a draw and a loss in the first two games of the new season.

Goalkeeper Blackman, seemingly forever the third choice for the first-team heads out on his third loan after spells at Middlesbrough and Ostersund. While he made only one appearance for Boro, he did collect a dozen for the Swedish outfit before heading back to Chelsea following an unfortunate episode.
Best of luck to both of them!
