EURO 2016
And then there were four. Two expected, one slightly less expected, one only a few expected. It’s the latter two who will battle it out tonight, one-man team narratives clashing for a spot in Sunday’s final. Which Real Madrid teammate shall prevail?
PORTUGAL vs. WALES
When: 20:00 BST; 3pm EDT
Where: Stade de Lyon, Lyon
On TV: ITV 1 (UK); ESPN, ESPN Deportes (USA); elsewhere
Streaming online: ITV Live (UK); ESPN3 (USA)
Who/what to watch for: Chances are, the two main protagonists will not be the deciding factors. Does Wales have the "team" edge? Can they overcome the absences of Aaron Ramsey and Ben Davies? Is Hal Robson-Kanu the lovechild of Bryan Robson and Nwankwo Kanu? Can Portugal win with 38-year-old Ricardo Carvalho starting (if Pepe doesn't make a miraculous recovery)? This one will be close, as such things tend to go with Portugal.
