Here, there, everywhere, even on the west coast of Florida.
Joe Cole may be 34, going on 35, but he can still pull off ridiculous things like this bicycle kick goal to open the scoring for the Tampba Bay Rowdies against Puerto Rico on Saturday.

Perfection. It was Cole's second goal since joining the Rowdies back in May.
Tampa Bay went on to collect all three points in a 3-0 romp, clinching their first win in the third match of the NASL fall season. Ostensibly the USA's second division (there is no system of promotion-relegation in the USA), the NASL splits their season into spring and fall halves, with the two winners and the two highest placed teams in the combined standings contesting an end-of-season playoff to determine the ultimate winner.
Tampa finished mid-table in the spring season, but with Joe Cole doing Joe Cole things, maybe they can push for something better in the fall.
