Felipe Anderson was a hot topic last summer when his €50m transfer to Manchester United ended up falling through at the last minute (and the Red Devils then splurged on Anthony Martial instead). Anderson was again strongly linked with United in the winter and then subsequently in the spring, but once again, no moves have materialized.
Perhaps tired of this dance, the 23-year-old Lazio attacking midfielder has recently switched agents, from Juliana Gomes to Giuliano Bertolucci. If that name sounds familiar, that's because he's engineered the moves of several of Chelsea's Brazilian contingent, including Oscar, Ramires, Willian, Kenedy, Nathan, Pato, and even David Luiz way back in the day. Unsurprisingly, with Bertolucci (and his associates, who include Kia Joorabchian) in the picture, the Chelsea rumors didn't take long to materialize.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claims Felipe Anderson's agents are [...] working on a Premier League move for their client, specifically to Chelsea. He'd get to work with Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge. The rapid 23-year-old is under contract with Lazio until June 2020, but his rapport with the club has become increasingly tense.

The report puts the young Brazilian's potential transfer fee at £30m, which isn't cheap by any means, but it's less than they were asking last summer.
Felipe Anderson has spent the last two and a half season at Lazio, following his transfer from Santos. He recently made his international debut for Brazil and was on the stand-by list for their Copa América squad.
