Kenneth Omeruo spent last season on loan from Chelsea at Turkish top flight Kasimpasa, and if the latest rumors are true, he could be staying in the country next season as well.
According to Fanatik, Besiktas have reached a loan agreement with Kenneth Omeruo. #CFC #Besiktas #LoanArmy https://t.co/W9BuUK8XLn

Reliability issues aside — we've been fooled far too many times by the Turkish press — according to these local rumors, the 22-year-old will be upgrading to Besiktas, with the current reigning Champions of Turkey already holding positive talks with Chelsea. Terms of the loan will include zero money, zero down, zero interest, zero up-front payment, but Besiktas have agreed to cover 100 per cent of the young Dutchman salary, which runs just north of €1 million per season.
Last we heard from Omeruo, he was all set for Chelsea preseason, but since then he's changed his mind regarding the Nigerian national team at the Olympics (which conflicts with the start of the European season), and he's now apparently close to heading out on loan again, for the manyeth time.
He has two more years left on his current Chelsea contract.
