It's been a rough start for Frank Lampard with his new club New York City FC. His move to MLS has been marred by an ill-timed loan move and a few injury problems.
In his first season with the club he managed to play in just 10 matches while scoring 3 goals. Supporters and media have all criticized him for many different reasons. That all escalated this season when more injuries kept him on the sideline for the first few months. When he finally returned to the field, NYCFC fans greeted him with boos.
That negativity has finally subsided as the Chelsea legend has returned to full fitness. He's finally beginning to settle in, as his first goal of the season this past weekend shows.
Lampard sat down with the club's media staff and played a game of 20 Questions where he provided answers on fun topics like his favorite meal, what profession he'd take up if he wasn't a footballer, and who his favorite sports team (outside of NYCFC) is. Shockingly he didn't say Chelsea.
