Quite a day yesterday at Euro 2016 as Spain lose and drop to the stacked side of the knockout bracket while Northern Ireland confirm their advancement to the Round of 16 despite losing to Germany.  That's three out of three for the home nations!  Better step up your game, Scotland!  Ireland can join the party today though they would need a famous win over Italy to do so.

Here's how to plan your Wednesday.  This is the final day of group games at Euro 2016.  Don't let yourself be distracted!  Be sure watch out for any mind games!

When:  17:00 BST; 12pm EDT
Where:  Parc Olympique Lyonnais, Lyon
On TV: BBC Red Button (UK); ESPN (USA); elsewhere
Streaming online:  BBC iPlayer (UK); ESPN3 (USA)

Who/what to watch for: Hungary are one of the biggest surprises of the tournament.  They are assured of a spot in the Round of 16 already but could win the group with at least a draw here.  It's tough luck either way as the winner of this group has to face the runners-up in Group E (most likely Belgium) while the runners-up in this group have to face England.  Should three teams advance, the third placed team would play Croatia.  A third draw in three would be enough for Portugal as well to advance (though at best as runners-up).  A loss would eliminate Portugal.

When:  17:00 BST; 12pm EDT
Where:  Stade de France, Paris
On TV: BBC Red Button (UK); ESPN2 (USA); elsewhere
Streaming online:  BBC iPlayer (UK); ESPN3 (USA)

Who/what to watch for: Austria need a win to stay alive and advance; Iceland need at least a draw.

This is all rather complicated, but here's a handy chart to sort it all out.  England play the runners-up.

When:  20:00 BST: 3pm EDT
Where:  Stade Pierre-Mauroy, Lille
On TV:  ITV 1 (UK); ESPN, ESPN Deportes (USA); elsewhere
Streaming online:  ITV Live (UK); ESPN3 (USA)

Who/what to watch for: Bit less complicated in Group E.  Italy are already moving as group winners (and will face Spain in the Round of 16!).  Ireland need a win or they're going home.  Depending on other results in other groups, if Ireland do move on, they'd get to face France or Croatia.

When:  20:00 BST: 3pm EDT
Where:  Allianz Riviera, Nice
On TV:  ITV 4 (UK); ESPN2 (USA); elsewhere
Streaming online:  ITV Live (UK); ESPN3 (USA)

Who/what to watch for: Sweden need a win or they're going home.  Meanwhile, Belgium are probably in, but need a draw to be sure.  Should they lose by four goals or more, they'd be out.  But if Ireland win, any loss would eliminate Hazard & Co as they'd finish bottom of the group with three points.

COLOMBIA vs. CHILE (Copa América semifinal)

When:  8pm EDT; 01.00 BST (next day)
Where:  Soldier Field, Chicago, IL
On TV:  Premier Sports (UK); FOX Sports 1, Univision (USA); elsewhere
Streaming online:  FOX Soccer 2Go (USA)

Who/what to watch for: As expected, Argentina wiped out the USA on Tuesday to advance to Sunday's final to face the winner of this one.  Colombia have been good enough, but Chile produced the performance of the tournament when they destroyed Mexico 7-0 in the quarters.  Colombia's Juan Cuadrado remains the only Chelsea interest.
