To say that it's a BIG day on both sides of the soccering Pond could be an understatement. It's basically a must-win for England and it's most certainly a must-win for the USA.

Here's how to plan your day.

When:  14:00 BST; 9am EDT
Where:  Stade Bollaert-Delelis, Lens
On TV:  BBC One (UK); ESPN, ESPN Deportes (USA); elsewhere
Streaming online:  BBC iPlayer (UK); ESPN3 (USA)

Who / what to watch for: Two dropped points for England against Russia and a few trollish words from Gareth Bale, and suddenly Hodgson's men are under pressure to perform and get three points.

When:  17:00 BST; 12pm EDT
Where:  Parc Olympique Lyonnais, Lyon
On TV:  ITV 1 (UK); ESPN, ESPN Deportes (USA); elsewhere
Streaming online:  ITV live (UK); ESPN3 (USA)

Who / what to watch for: Ukraine played well for a couple spurts against Germany but were easily dispatched in the end.  Northern Ireland offered even less against Poland and thusly lost as well.  Despite their best efforts, someone might actually win this one.

When:  20:00 BST; 3pm EDT
Where:  Stade de France, Paris
On TV:  ITV 1 (UK); ESPN, ESPN Deportes (USA); elsewhere
Streaming online:  ITV live (UK); ESPN3 (USA)

Who / what to watch for: An historic rivalry, both on the pages of textbooks and in football terms.

When:  9:30pm EDT; 02:30 BST (next day)
Where:  CenturyLink Field, Seattle, WA
On TV: Premier Sports (UK); Fox Sports 1, Univision (USA); elsewhere
Streaming online: Fox Soccer 2Go

Who / what to watch for: The USA's surprising group win was rewarded with the tougher of the two matchups from Group B thanks to Brazil's horrendous underperformance.  Still, playing on Clint Demptsey's home field in Seattle should give Klinsy's men the advantage.  Ecuador are tougher than they look, but this is a great chance for the USMNT to make a mark.
