Chelsea's young trio of Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Bertrand Traoré, and Kenedy have been training with the first team all season. While their amount of actual matchday involvement has been limited and mostly stop-start, Chelsea are apparently doing everything in our power to keep the 20-year-olds happy and involved in the future as well.
Loftus-Cheek, especially, is seen as the big kahuna of the group and thus it's imperative that we ensure his happiness, even before we consider his stature as potentially the next, long-overdue homegrown product in the first-team.
Chelsea have reassured Ruben Loftus-Cheek he will be part of the first-team squad under Antonio Conte next season.

With the sudden influx of random exit rumors and supposed demands coming in from the likes of Dominic Solanke and Kyle Scott, it's probably a prudent move to put a public arm around our other talented youngsters and reassure them of a summer (and upcoming season or seasons) full of meritocratic promise. Or something of the sort. We shall have to wait and see what the Conte revolution looks like.
