Poor ol' Radamel Falcao, all he wants to do is play. For someone, anyone, really, at this point.
Actually, that's not true. Just as he insisted in the winter that HECANDOIT at Chelsea still (breaking news: no, no he can't), he's now insisting that HECANDOIT for Colombia this summer at one or both of the Copa America Centenario and the Rio Olympics. And that's despite Colombia head coach Jose Pekerman basically telling Falcao a couple months ago that they have moved on and are really just not that into him anymore.
"Yes, I said before I would like to be part of the Olympics games but it doesn't depend only on me. I couldn't go to the 2014 World Cup and maybe the Olympic games is a big opportunity. I will be working hard to be fit then the decision depends on the coach."

"It is up to the coach to make the squads but obviously like every player I think that both tournaments are very interesting."

Maybe they take him along as a token good luck charm? Team Great Britain at the London olympics almost brought Beckham out of retirement after all in 2012, so Falcao could be one of the three overage players allowed in the squad in similar fashion.
Not that it really matters; by then he will have long gone from Chelsea hearts, minds, books, the Save El Tigre From Extinction / Grand Falcao Reclamation / Mourinho Vanity Project consigned to where it belongs, the scrap heap of history and horribly failed ideas.
