The Daily Hilario: Captain Mikel

Your daily dose of off-topic shenanigans.

John Obi Mikel is now officially the captain of Nigeria.  I could've sworn he was the captain at some point before, too, but apparently I was just making that up.  In any case, congrats to him.  They take on the flying Salahs of Egypt today.

In other news, Chelsea Ladies opened the defense of their league championship with a comprehensive 4-1 win over Doncaster.  Nicely done.  Sadly, no highlights.  Why no (free) highlights?  That's silly.  Not even on Chelsea TV!  Oh, here's BT Sport to grace us with one (geo-restricted) goal.  Thanks, BT Sport!
