Chelsea's attack will look a bit different than it usually does on Saturday, due to both suspension and injury. The Blues were already going to be without Diego Costa, who picked up a red card against Everton last weekend, but will be missing Eden Hazard against West Ham as well.
Hazard has been struggling with injury for much of this season, and had to come off early in our last FA Cup match because of a thigh injury. Guus Hiddink updated his status on Friday:
"Eden is the same, a tendon in the muscle, from his upper thigh. He will be out tomorrow, he won’t play. He still has this discomfort in this area."
"It will be good for him to rest."
Hazard has been a shell of himself for most of this season, though he's been dealing with minor injuries throughout. Hopefully the international break helps him to heal up a little bit, and it might even be in the club's best interest to simply shut him down for the remainder of the campaign.
