It's been a season to forget for Chelsea and Eden Hazard so far, though with the Blues still alive in two knockout cup competitions, we could yet finish on a positive note. We probably won't of course if we continue playing as badly as we have had for the majority of the season.
Fortunately, things are slowly improving and while some of that is down to the quality of opposition faced lately, three 5-1 wins in a row is still a fairly impressive feat. Sunday's win also saw a good performance from Hazard himself, one that has his teammates hoping that he's back for good.
"Playing like this, Eden is like a new signing for us. Eden is a big player and we need him. We are a much stronger squad if we have Eden playing at his best and have a better chance to get good results."
"It is better to have Eden in his best form now than at the start of the season. It is at the end of a season when you are playing for trophies and we will try to win the two we are in."

Guus Hiddink's record since taking over now stands at 6 wins, 6 draws, and 1 defeat, which isn't really all that great, but if Hazard can continue to play like we know he can — combined with Fabregas pulling the strings, Costa scoring goals, Willian and Pedro working their socks off, Mikel ruling the universe, and the defense hopefully figuring things out eventually — that record will improve.
