While PSG do have capable backups, either a more attacking option in Gregory van der Wiel or a more defensive one in Marquinhos, Aurier has been in imperious form all season. He was not training with the squad today, as PSG decide on the appropriate punishment. According to L'Equipe, Aurier already apologized to his teammates for the video, though he can't take back any damage he may have done to squad unity and confidence ahead of the match against Chelsea.
