Pedro vs. Bournemouth: Flicks and tricks and goals and an unfortunate yellow card

Pedro continued his personal streak of winning every single game that he's started for Chelsea this season — 11 in the league and 2 in the EFL Cup — with yet another fantastic performance that he's apparently been saving up for this season all of last season. Or something.

This might even be better than peak Barcelona Pedro. Maybe? I'm no expert in Barcelona Pedro, but having witnessed almost 18 months of Chelsea Pedro, the last few weeks unequivocally have been peak Chelsea Pedro.

Fresh off his Goal of the Month win for November, Pedro submitted another strong contender with his first goal against Bournemouth. His second was a hilarious deflection, but that shouldn't take away from a strong overall performance that also included fun things like this back-heel chapeau on an unsuspecting victim. That man had a family, Pedro, how could you!

Speaking to Chelsea TV afterwards, Pedro reflected on the importance of the win and all the usual stuff about hard work and team spirit and so on and so forth. Unfortunately, he will not be available for our last game of the calendar year, on Saturday against Stoke City, after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season.
