Several luminaries bore witness to Chelsea's ninth win in a row in person at Stamford Bridge on Sunday. In addition to Roman Abramovich and his usual entourage, several familiar faces could be spotted around the stands. Andrea Pirlo, Joe Cole were just two of the big names in the crowd, but when it comes to Chelsea Football Club, there are very few, if any, bigger than Frank Lampard.
Great to see Frank Lampard back at the Bridge today! #SuperFrank pic.twitter.com/tXh4hNhUm7

Lampard, whose next step in his career is shrouded in mystery, had been back for a few days now. He had paid a visit to training, was in attendance at the youth game on Friday, and was of course at the game on Sunday. To celebrate Chelsea's all-time leading goalscorer and the greatest Premier League midfielder, the Shed End unfurled their latest massive banner. Beautiful.
"Great to be home," writes Lampard on Instagram.
Great to have him home. (At least temporarily, for now.)
Didn't get the chance to play today but I've been lucky anyway proud to meet #CFC legend Frank Lampard ❤ #KTBFFH pic.twitter.com/9uaO4xYH2o
