Matt Miazga might be a mystery, but he's definitely a True Blue at heart

Chelsea are reportedly closing in on a deal to bring young American Matt Miazga to Stamford Bridge, even if it's only for a check-in before he inevitably heads out on loan. While many Chelsea fans might not know anything about the talented defender, one thing that should go over well are his comments ahead of Chelsea's Champions League semifinal against Barcelona in 2012:

Anyone who wanted to see Chelsea eliminate Barcelona is OK in my book, and Miazga is no exception. While I'm still not sure that the youngster will ever be of the quality necessary to compete at this level, I'm certainly more than happy to see him getting a shot to do so at a club he supports.
