How's this for making an ... impact? In his first start ever for the Montreal Impact, Didier Drogba has scored a hat-trick. It was his second appearance since moving to MLS this summer, the first coming a couple weeks ago as a second-half substitute. Those 30 minutes weren't exactly the most awe-inspiring, but on Sunday, he reminded the Chicago Fire and the rest of MLS that there are plenty of goals left in those 37-year-old legs.

Montreal are in the middle of an intense battle for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. Tonight's win was their first in five games. They had gone six matches without a win in all competitions, firing their head coach Frank Klopas last weekend. With just a month and a half left in the season, new man in charge Mauro Biello will be hoping to sing Didier Drogba, tra-la-la-la all the way into the MLS playoffs.
