Filipe Luís' return to Atlético Madrid probably wasn't unexpected, but it left Chelsea with an issue to solve at the left-back position. While we are set to go into the season's first game against Swansea with only five first-team defenders available, rest assured that José Mourinho is confident that we will solve the problem.
"We need a left-back, the board knows that and my feeling is that we are going to have one."

Said left back is supposedly FC Augsburg's Baba Rahman, who according to his agent Sascha Empacher has already agreed personal terms with Chelsea. But apparently, the Blues haven't reached an agreement with Augsburg yet, as the player is set to play against Third Division side Elversberg for the German Cup's first round -- and Rahman isn't happy about that.
"The clubs are still negotiating. Baba wants to join Chelsea, that's clear. The situation is burdening him."
Okraku, according to German tabloid Bild, is a confidante or advisor to Baba Rahman (not his agent). The issue holding up Rahman's transfer is probably the transfer fee: earlier reports this transfer window put Rahman's price at €20 million, but it seems that the German club want at least €25 million to let go of the player. And given Chelsea's need, we will probably have to shell out these extra bucks to take Rahman out of Germany.
