It's happening.
The Pedro to Chelsea gazump-hype train has not only left the building, but has circumnavigated the globe several times, went to the Moon and back, and eventually arrived all the way in London. (He probably took a flight, actually, probably not paid for by Spurs either.)
Official: Barcelona announce that Pedro didn't train this morning, with permission of the club, as he is "resolving his future" #fcblive

Sure enough, on the Spanish side of FC Barcelona's official website...
Por su parte, Pedro Rodríguez, con permiso del Club, no ha participado en la sesión para poder resolver su futuro.

For his part, Pedro Rodgríguez, with the permission of the club, did not participate in the training session in order to resolve his future.
So, Barcelona have clearly resigned themselves to losing their "lucky charm" — and I do highly recommend clicking on that link to read Sid Lowe's lovely tribute to Pedro in the Guardian. All signs point to the soon-to-be ex-Barcelona man coming to Chelsea (instead of Manchester United — HA-HA!), with many reports claiming he flew to London already yesterday and at least one claiming that he's successfully passed his medical at Cobham as well.
It's happening!
