A second Chelsea player will join Messi on the FIFA 16 cover

It might come as a surprise to anyone who watched Juan Cuadrado at Chelsea last year, but the player is extremely popular with fans throughout South America. The player is so popular, in fact, that he'll be joining Lionel Messi on the cover of FIFA 16 in the fall:

Cuadrado is the second Chelsea player to be pictured by EA Sports, with Oscar earning the right to adorn the game's cover in Brazil. Like Cuadrado, he'll be joining Messi.

I'm not overly surprised that a Colombia player was voted as Messi's partner on the cover, given the success they had at the 2014 World Cup, but I am surprised that Cuadrado was the only Colombian option. The rest of the ballot included Sergio Aguero, Edinson Cavani, Claudio Bravo, Jose Rondon, and Carlos Zambrano.
